Each card is lovingly packed and on its way within 1–3 business days. We ship via USPS First Class Mail, which usually takes about 3–7 business days to arrive—depending on how spicy your local post office is feeling.

We don’t accept returns or exchanges (paper goods and postal adventures don’t always mix well), but if your card shows up looking like it lost a fight with a mail truck, let us know within 7 days—we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. Scout’s honor.

Ugh, rude. If your card shows up bent, ripped, or otherwise defeated, email us at customerservice@rowdie.shop within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund. Nobody puts Rowdie in a crumpled envelope.

Yep! Every card comes with a brown recycled paper envelope (gum seal style—lick if you dare). Cards are 5x7 inches and printed on thick, luxe white linen card-stock, so they feel as good as they look.
